Seasoned Mixed Rice and Quinoa

Original Gona Be Vegan recipe.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mixed rice (wild, brown, jasmine, etc.)
  • ½ cup mixed quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • Earth Balance butter
  • Dash onion powder
  • Dash garlic powder
  • ½ dash sea salt
  • Dash black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook grains in a rice cooker or on the stove.
  2. Melt in butter.
  3. Sprinkle in seasonings.
  4. Mix & serve.
