Spinach Artichoke Dip

Original recipe taken from Chic Vegan



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic.
  3. Saute in a bit of olive oil until translucent.
  4. In a medium sized bowl, mix onion mixture with remaining ingredients, excluding the Panko crumbs, salt & pepper.
  5. Add a bit of pepper and a pinch of salt.
  6. Pour into an oven-safe baking dish and sprinkle with Panko.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
