Homemade Qi’a

Qi'a

Instead of spending upwards of $9 per 225 g bag of Qi’a, I modified and made my own version!

Ingredients
  • Equal portions of
    • Chia seeds
    • Buckwheat
    • Hemp seeds
 Instructions
  1. Combine all and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  2. Use 1 – 2 tbsp per serving!
